Anger as an affect of being in denial if not satisfied pleasure principle (see here Freud “Beyond the Pleasure Principle“) in a particular situation in life …
…also need to understand that anger as an emotional reaction, energy expenditure of man, his life’s potentials, instead send them to the creative solution of the situation and as soon as possible to solve the problem …
…. Or in some cases require a deeper look at this situation in life in order to better understand its future in the individual’s own life… the disclosure of life perspectives, the ability not to react emotionally, but find a solution to a difficult situation …

Гнев |г-НЕ-в| как аффект отрицания бытия в случае неудовлетворения принципа наслаждения (З. Фрейд ” По ту сторону Принципа Наслаждения”) в конкретной жизненной ситуации…так же надо понимать, что гнев, как эмоциональная реакция, расходует энергию человека, его жизненые потенциалы вместо того, чтобы направит их на созидательное решение ситуации и как можно скорее решить проблему…
….или как в некоторых случаях требуеться более глубокий взгляд на данную жизненную ситуацию с целью более глубокого понимания ее индивидом в перспективе собственной жизни…раскрытие жизненных перспектив, умение не реагировать эмоционально, а находить решение в затруднительной ситуации…
